Memorial Day

I went over to Theo's house and hung out with him and Jason on Memorial Day.

Shedd Aquarium

I went to the aquarium on Memorial Day. I like riding the sea turtle.

We ate lunch in the cafe.

Driving Miss Doggie

I visited my friend Gavin today, and he let me drive his car. His doggie, Ichigo hopped in and took a ride with me.

Zoo Trip

I made Mommy and Daddy take me to my favorite place, the zoo, today. I played at the playground for a while. I think Mommy was annoyed that I wouldn't stay on the play equipment for babies but wanted to play on the cool big-kids' equipment. Too bad for her, but I don't like boring little slides for kids age 2 to 5. I want to play on the equipment for kids 5 to 12! She thinks I'm nuts. "You're not even two yet," she said.

It was a very warm day, so we stopped for a cold treat. I shared a Lemon Chill with my best buddy, Daddy. We played with our spoons and made silly faces. He makes me laugh!

Berkley's Birthday Party

On Saturday I got to go to my friend Berkley's birthday party. She is a really big girl - she's 5! I can't imagine being 5. Here is a picture of me with Berkley.

She had the party at the US Gymnastics Training Center in Lake Zurich. They have a giant foam pit. It was fun to 'swim' in the foam!

Grumpy Swinger

Mommy wonders how I can go from laughing joyfully on the swing to, as soon as she got out her phone, having a grumpy face as shown below. Let me just declare to the world now: I'm not anyone's smiling monkey, even Mommy's! I won't smile for the camera!

Feet

Sunday at the Mall

Grandma Lai came to visit me last week. Last Sunday we went to the mall. It was my first time sitting in the fun cars my size which run if you put pieces of metal into a slot. I sat with an orange kitty cat.

I got to ride on a train my size that went around and around. It was really fun!

I was upset when the ride ended and I realized that Mommy and Daddy were not going to let me ride it again.
